Итак:
Главная проблема : После установки драйвера для видеокарты(конфигурация внизу) выбивает черный экран + намертво зависший компьютер. После перезагрузки, драйвер автоматом удаляется, превращаясь в стандартный VGA и спокойно продолжает дальше выводить изображение.
С чего все началось : Играю я такой в bns(blade and souls) и тут резко оба монитора(а у меня их 2) показывают артефакт(бело-черные полосы). Тут я подумал : «Нууу бывает, давай перезагружу компьютер». Перезагружаю, при-этом я вижу экран загрузки и тут бац, черный экран и зависший компьютер. Тут думаю :»Давай может быть систему заново поставлю?». Поставил систему заново(я смог это сделать, потому что, как уже говорилось, мониторы показывают изображение. Именно по-этому я подумал, что дело в системе). Вроде все нормально, изображение выводит, но тут наступл шаг установить драйвер для видео карты. И тут бац, опять черный экран и зависший компьютер. Тут я испугался, ну и опять перезагрузил систему. Драйвера нет, изображение показывает, но теперь в разрешении добавилось мое основное разрешение 1920×1080. Т.е каким то боком, что то да встало.
Следующим шагом я попробовал еще раз установить драйвера(да, я очень настырный человек), но опять тоже самое.
Кто-нибудь знает, с чего начать копать? Сервис не поможет, ибо гарантии уже нет. Вирусов на чистой системе быть не может. От пыли чистил. Переставлял в различные PCI-E разъемы на мат млате(хз зачем, но мало ли).
ПРОВЕРИТЬ НА ДРУГОМ КОМПЕ НЕ ВАРИАНТ. НЕТ У МЕНЯ ЭТОЙ ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ
Отнесу в сервис(который без гарантий) только в случае полной безысходности!

Проверяла из-за чего долго загружается система по этой статье и выяснилось, что драйвер C:\Windows\System32\drivers\wcnfs.sys тормозит загрузку почти на минуту.
Нашла информацию, что драйвер относится к службе «Виртуализация имени контейнера Windows (Windows Container Name Virtualization)», только у себя такой службы не нашла. Может, как-то ещё называется? На что она вообще влияет, можно её отключать?

I’d check the manufacturer chipset has been installed. The chipset allows the operating system to find and use devices integrated into the mother board. You’ve asked in windows server forums. I’d suggest asking experts here in dedicated forums for more assistance.

When you try to install the Intel Network driver, if you run into the error “Cannot install drivers. No Intel(R) Adapters are present in this computer“, don’t worry. You can fix the error with one of the solutions below.
Solution 1: Update the driver via Device Manager
First, ensure the driver was downloaded from Intel official website. If you had downloaded the driver from Intel official website, then ensure the driver has the latest version.
If this is the latest driver you could find from Intel, you can install the driver manually step by step via Device Manager. To do so:
Note if the network driver is missing, it might be listed under the category “Other devices”. In this case, there is a yellow mark next to the device which is probably displayed as Ethernet Controller.
Solution 2: Update the driver automatically
Note: You need to have access to internet to run Driver Easy. If you don’t have internet due to missing network driver, you can use the Offline Scan feature of Driver Easy to download and install the network driver.
Driver Easy will automatically recognize your system and find the correct drivers for it. You don’t need to know exactly what system your computer is running, you don’t need to risk downloading and installing the wrong driver, and you don’t need to worry about making a mistake when installing.
You can update your drivers automatically with either the FREE or the Pro version of Driver Easy. But with the Pro version it takes just 2 clicks (and you get full support and a 30-day money back guarantee):

I need to install my Intel Ethernet driver but every time I try to install it, I receive the same error message «Cannot install drivers. No Intel(R) Adapters are present on this computer.» My motherboard is an Asrock z97 Extreme6, Chipset drivers should already be installed.
Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated!

It may limit some functionality but I managed to find a way around it.
Definitely a compatibility issue, for those looking for a solution:
Download Intel’s PROWinx64.exe driver package: «had to delete link»
You’ll need an archive utility such as 7zip or WinRAR so that you can manually decompress the PROWinx64.exe file. (Note: PROWinx64.exe will self-extract if you run it, however, upon exiting it deletes all of the resulting files, which doesn’t help us out a lot.)
Right-click on the PROWinx64.exe file and choose «Extract to. « or «Extract to PROWinx64» from within the 7zip or WinRAR menu. This will decompress the file to a folder.
Make note of where the resulting folder is located on your computer. (i.e. Mine ended up being the PROWinx64 folder on my desktop.)
Open the Device Manager (i.e. Run > mmc devmgmt.msc ) and locate the «Ethernet Adapter» or «Unknown Ethernet Adapter» device.
Right-click it and choose «Update Driver Software. «
In the box which appears, choose Browse my computer for driver software > Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer > Show All Devices > Have Disk.
Navigate to the folder where PROWinx64 extracted to.
An «Update Driver Warning» message will appear informing you that the driver isn’t made for Server 2012. Simply click «Yes» to continue.
If you’ve made it this far, the i218V should install successfully, and you should be able to connect to your LAN network and Internet as well.»
