К сожалению официальной поддержки данного сканера фирмой Genuis нет для Windows 7.
Единственное попробуй поставь принудительно от Vista

Попробуйте распаковать драйвера для Vista и установить через диспетчер устройств принудительно

Ну к сожалению других нету,
Эти драйвера Canon CanoScan LiDE 80 также официальные.
Попробуй драйвера распаковать и установить из диспетчера устройств.

Ну официально Canon не выпускал драйверов для Windows 7 под этот сканер.
