Для 10тки я так понимаю драйвера вообще не установить?

Подойдут ли для Win 10 можно проверить только опытным путем. Попробуйте.

Ну что тут скажешь… Это обычная практика производителя. Через определенное количество лет после прекращения производства любого изделия, прекращается и его поддержка. А значит и новые версии программного обеспечения больше не разрабатываются.
Нужно или оставлять версию операционной системы, которая поддерживается, или покупать новый руль.
Нужно поставить режим совместимости Windows XP (SP2).
