Судя по описанию установка делается неверно. Надо делать так:
1. Сохранить все нужные данные на любом внешнем носителе (DVD, внешний диск, флэш и т.п).
2. Загрузить компьютер с установочного DVD диска Семерки (см. инструкцию к лаптопу как задать поряднок загрузки если по умолчанию она не с DVD).
3. Установить ОС следуя предложеным шагам. Рекомендуется удалить раздел с существующей ОС и создать новый, в него и устанавливать.
4. Установить апдейты и свежие драйверы.
5. Восстановить данные сохраненные в п.1.

Я сейчас сделал так:вставил диск,выключил компьютер,включил,в БИОСе в boot-Boot Device Priority,выбрал первый пункт и поставил CD-DVD,save and exit
забудьте, что у Вас есть жесткий диск.
В БИОСе поставьте DVD-привод первым в загрузке.
Дистрибутив должен быть уже в приводе.

А 64 не устанавливается.Причём,проводник открывает,что вся информация на диске есть,а при попытке установить появляется сообщение «Неопознанная программа пыт. получить доступ»,я жму на «да»,выводится окно с сообщением:»This installation disk isn’t compatible with your version of windows.To upgrade,you need the correct installation disk.For more information,check your computer’s sistem information.To install a new copy of Windows,restart (boot)your computer using the installation disk,and then select Custom(Advanced)»
при загрузке с диска никаких подобных сообщений быть не может, по определению!
(при «слабых компьютерных знаниях» лучше сначала либо почитать книжки, либо в Интернете покопаться и разобраться. а не «рубить шашкой» :-))
В вашем случае вы провели upgrade установленной висты до 7-ки, так как битность совпадала. Чтобы установить ОС 64bit, необходимо как уже сказали ранее загрузиться с диска. Для этого или в биос поставить в порядке загрузки привод ранее HDD, либо. нажать комбинацию клавиш при загрузке для выбора источника загрузки (на АСУС обычно F8). Собственно об этом сообщение на английском и выдавалось(из первого поста).
всё неверно. Если ставится система с другой разрядностью, то возможно только полная чистая установка (вместо существующей системы или в свободный раздел), при этом загружаться нужно непосредственно с дистрибутивного диска.

I seem to be having issues when trying to install a program on my Windows 7 that used to run on my Windows XP and Windows Vista. I have used the Troubleshoot Compatibility tool and selected these settings on the SETUP file but nothing seems to work the error message that i receive is as follows :
«This verison of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you’re running. Check your computer’s system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) verion of the program, and then contact the software publisher.»
Is there any way to adjust my computer’s setting to allow for this program to run properly? Any and all solutions would be greatly helpful.
The problem is software that was created for Windows 95, 98, and Windows XP has no way of properly working with an operating system that did not even exist when the software was written. However, the error message you are getting normally means you have a 32-bit software that you are trying to install on a 64-bit system.
You can also try compatiblity mode.
If the program is not compatible, then you may try to install and run the program in compatibility mode.
Use the following steps:
1) Right click on the Program
2) Click on Properties
3) Click on Compatibility tab
4) Select Run this program in compatibility mode and select Windows Vista or whatever operating system the program was running successfully.

If you run Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate version, install Windows Virtual PC and Windows XP mode ( http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/default.aspx ) and execute your software in Windows XP.
If you run Windows 7 Home Premium, try VirtualBox ( www.virtualbox.org ) or VMware Player ( www.vmware.com ) or any other 3 rd party virtualization software and install a separate copy of Windows XP (either Home Edition or Professional) for that purpose. You can find virtualization software free of charge that will run on Windows 7 Home Premium.

Не могу установить офис. Вылезает такое сообщение. Пробовала разные раздачи. Чистила реестры.

Не могу установить офис. Вылезает такое сообщение. Почему-то после перезагрузки ноута был чёрный.
Через утилиту с сайта Майкрософт пробовал удалять, результат тот-же. В КМС есть скрипт на установку и удалении Office + чистка всех хвостов и логов, тоже не привела к результатам.

Находил Инструкции по полному удалению вручную, по итогу результат тот-же. По номеру ошибки нечего в интернете не нашёл.

А как тогда могла возникнуть ошибка которая приложена в скрине, если я пользовался как обычно, и в один прекрасный момент она появилась. Может быть связано с обновлением винды?

Step 5: Delete the Office registry sub keys
Open Registry Editor.
Delete the following registry subkeys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\ClickToRun
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\AppVISV
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office
Then Deletethe Office key.
Step 6: Delete the Start menu shortcuts
Open a Command Prompt window as an administrator.
Type %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs, and then press Enter.
Delete the “Microsoft Office 2016 Tools” folder.
4 – Download and install Office

3. Click Run or the equivalent depending on the browser you’re using.

Windows updates and service packs may fail to install if there are corruption errors. For example, an update might not install if a system file is damaged. The DISM or System Update Readiness tool may help you to fix some Windows corruption errors.

Resolution for Windows 8.1, Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012 R2
To resolve this problem, use the inbox Deployment Image Servicing and Management (DISM) tool. Then, install the Windows update or service pack again.
Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, open Start menu or Start screen, type Command Prompt, right-select Command Prompt, and then select Run as administrator. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or select Allow.
Type the following command, and then press Enter. It may take several minutes for the command operation to be completed.
When you run this command, DISM uses Windows Update to provide the files that are required to fix corruptions. However, if your Windows Update client is already broken, use a running Windows installation as the repair source, or use a Windows side-by-side folder from a network share or from a removable media, such as the Windows DVD, as the source of the files. To do this, run the following command instead:
Replace the C:\RepairSource\Windows placeholder with the location of your repair source. For more information about using the DISM tool to repair Windows, reference Repair a Windows Image.
Type the sfc /scannow command and press Enter. It may take several minutes for the command operation to be completed.
Close the command prompt, and then run Windows Update again.
DISM creates a log file (%windir%/Logs/CBS/CBS.log) that captures any issues that the tool found or fixed. %windir% is the folder in which Windows is installed. For example, the %windir% folder is C:\Windows.
Resolution for Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1
To resolve this problem, use the System Update Readiness tool. Then, install the Windows update or service pack again.
Download the System Update Readiness tool.
select the download link in the following table that corresponds to the version of Windows that is running on your computer. For more information about how to find the version of Windows that you installed, see Find out if your computer is running the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows.
This tool is updated regularly, we recommend that you always download the latest version. This tool is not available in every supported language. Check the link below to see if it is available in your language.
Install and run the tool.
Select Download on the Download Center webpage, then do one of the following:
In the Windows Update Standalone Installer dialog box, select Yes.
When the tool is being installed, it automatically runs. Although it typically takes less than 15 minutes to run, it might take much longer on some computers. Even if the progress bar seems to stop, the scan is still running, so don’t select Cancel.
When you see Installation complete, select Close.
Reinstall the update or service pack you were trying to install previously.

You can also try to directly download the update package from Microsoft Update Catalog, and then install the update package manually.
For example, you may have problems when you try to install updates from Windows Update. In this situation, you can download the update package and try to install the update manually. To do this, follow these steps:
Open Microsoft Update Catalog in Internet Explorer.
In the search box, input the update number that you want to download. In this example, input 3006137. Then, select Search.
Find the update that applies to your operating system appropriately in the search results, and then select Add to add the update to your basket.
Select view basket to open your basket.
Select Download to download the update in your basket.
Select Browse to choose a location for the update you are downloading, and then select Continue.
Select Close after the download process is done. Then, you can find a folder that contains the update package in the location that you specified.
Open the folder, and then double-select the update package to install the update.

%SYSTEMROOT% is an environment variable that saves the folder in which Windows is installed. For example, generally the %SYSTEMROOT% folder is C:\Windows.
Identify the packages that the tool can’t fix. For example, you may find the following in the log file:
In this case, the package that is corrupted is KB958690.
Copy the package (.msu) to the %SYSTEMROOT%\CheckSUR\packages directory. By default, this directory doesn’t exist and you need to create the directory.
