Сomplex Object: упражнения для тренировки с ответами

Complex Object – правила и примеры

Основное назначение Complex object в английском языке – упрощение синтаксической структуры высказывания.

Это можно рассмотреть на конкретном примере:

Данное сложное предложение состоит из двух простых: “Он обнаружил” и “Его дверь не была открыта”. Главный глагол в этом примере – “обнаружил”. “Его дверь не была открыта” в этом случае является Complex object.

На русский язык подобные предложения переводятся с помощью союзов “что”, “чтобы”, “как”:

Объектный падеж местоимений, употребляемых в Complex object, выглядит следующим образом:

Необходимо помнить, что Complex object употребляется с определенными видами глаголов.

Их можно разделить на следующие группы:

Презент континиус (Present Continuous)

Презент континиус (Present Continuous) — настоящее длительное времяанглийских глаголов, которое также может называться презент прогрессив (Present Progressive). Очень распространенная форма глагола, не имеет аналога в русском, но для понимания не особо сложна.

Сейчас он вышел уже в четвертой редакции, стал еще лучше, также он есть теперь в онлайне, это гораздо удобнее, так как он озвучен.

Иногда презент континиус употребляется, если в момент разговора действия не происходит, но подразумевается, что оно происходит в принципе. Это хорошо объясняет пример с книгой: начали читать книгу, сейчас конкретно не читаете, но поскольку вы ее еще не закончили, будете продолжать читать, поэтому смело говорите

Противники комплекса упражнений Александра Берга утверждают, что достичь результатов в увеличении роста при помощи физкультуры невозможно. Также люди, отрицающие действенность методики, говорят, что после определенного возраста никакие упражнения не помогут вырасти. Приседания в широкой стойке

Данный вид упражнений является более сложным и эффективным по сравнению с обычными приседаниями. Здесь работают другие группы мышц.

Встаньте, широко расставив ноги, носки врозь. Приседайте медленно, выполнение этого упражнения должно напоминать балетное плие. Колени смотрят в разные стороны. Делайте это упражнение по 5-6 раз в медленном темпе, делая акцент на красоту движений. После того, как освоите, можно добавить еще один вариант выполнения: более быстрое и энергичное приседание 10 раз.

Данный комплекс вы можете выполнять через день.

Чтобы не было проблем с болью в мышцах, принимайте теплую ванную сразу после занятий, делайте упражнения на растяжку, массируйте ягодицы и бедра или следующее простое упражнение: лягте на пол (на спину), поднимите ноги вверх и начинайте трясти ими с максимальным усилием. Это позволит сбросить напряжение.

Однако есть одно нехитрое упражнение, которое можно делать как можно чаще, в любое время суток, в любой удобной для этого ситуации. Речь идет о том, чтобы просто ритмично напрягать и расслаблять ягодицы. Это нехитрое упражнение точно не приведет к усталости мышц, но поможет держать их в тонусе каждый день! Конечно, если на вас обтягивающая одежда, то лучше отложить такую мини-тренировку на потом. Но у каждой девушки в течение дня выдается масса моментов, когда ее никто не видит, и она может спокойно заняться укреплением своих ягодичных мышц.
